How to Save a Form for Submitting via regular Post

If you have reservations about using our On-Line Form (ie. privacy concerns, etc. ) then you can print a copy of our On-Line Form by clicking the Print button on your Tool Bar. You can then submit the form to us at your convenience via regular post to: 1568 Merivale Road, Suite 321, Ottawa, Ontario, K2G 5Y7.

The On-Line Form can also be copied and saved to your hard drive for completion and submission to HomeCheckers Canada at a later date, either as a fax, an attachment to your e-mail or via regular post.

Instructions on how to copy and save the On-Line Form to your hard drive:

1. Highlight the form with the mouse.
2. Go to the Edit Menu and click on Copy.
3. Open up your Word processing program.
4. Open up a new document
5. Go to the Edit Menu and Click on Paste and
6. Save file
